Here in the UK, Historic Vehicles ie over 40 years old, are exempt from charges in all clean-air zones, no exceptions. For once, we have a sensible regulation. It means my 52-year old 911 is exempt, but my 39 years and 11 months old is not, at least for another month.

There are several FIATs I would be happy to have in my garage – including but not limited to the Dino (Coupé over Spider), the 130 Coupé, 124 Coupé, 2300S Coupé…there seems to be a theme here…but I also like the 130 Berlina and X19 (pre-big bumper model).

That looks like a very successful first attempt at a high-end concours, some beautiful classics there – not least the winning Lancia, gorgeous! – yet also enough of the hypercars to satisfy the horsepower addicts. Hopefully the weather will be kinder next year!

Could be any one of a number of extreme wedge-shaped cars, reduced to the most basic lines, but the one it brings to my mind is the Lancia Stratos, especially this one-off design study I saw at the NEC a couple of years ago.

An interesting story about a car I’ve never heard of, and both road and track versions of the Bianco look pretty cool, in my opinion. The green one you mention, Claus, does indeed look tremendous – and I don’t generally like green on cars other than the British Racing variety – as does the red one for sale. Just about my favourite exterior colour on a classic is yellow (per my BMW 2002), but most of the yellow cars I have seen had a black interior (as did mine), which is not my favourite. @niels v – with regard to the Muntz, it seems they don’t all look the same – see photo – though most of them do have the front bumper arrangement of the one in the photo you posted. As to the number, which comes from the museum, the word “believed” is the key here ;-).
